Responsible for training strategy/implementation for Agency channel.
Responsible for training new joinees, current staff, agents
Responsible for implementing product & sales training .
Guiding, handholding & mentoring the staff and new joinees.

Required Candidate profile

At least 2 years of work experience in Training & Development of Life Insurance domain.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Should be well versed with current IRDA norms & regulations
