Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and execute the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with management
• Plan training programs based on business goals
• Execute the individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
• Execution of coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning.
• Acclimate new hires to the Company and conduct the induction orientation sessions as per the checklist
• Assess employees skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
• Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
• Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and using modern training methods to develop and deliver training
• Supporting sales team by contributing through lead generation efforts
• Execute and facilitate the HR department to conduct the employee engagement/wellness activities at Sites successfully.
• Execute Rewards & Recognition program at Sites.
• Maintain performance records on daily / weekly/ Monthly basis

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in any Industry in Learning and Development
• In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods.
• Ability to build rapport with employees.
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
