Roles and Responsibilities

• To plan, implement and conduct sales educational workshops.
• Should be aligned with the operational requirements.
• To design and deliver training programs specializing in the current processes and new process(s) as per the business requirement.
• Try and evaluate various Sales training methods and strategies to enhance desired business numbers
• Training performance: End to end responsibility of training deliverables like throughput, certification, early production performance, etc.
• Hands-on experience in managing the full training cycle.
• Track the performance of New Employees by coaching and setting performance plans to enhance goals

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Effective communication and training & coaching skills able to communicate with cross-functional departments
• Good Knowledge of sales and customer experience processes and MS Office, Excel, PPT skills, and training report-making skills
• Should be able to create training content, modify scripts and rebuttals and implement the changes in an effective manner.
