Counseling Support

– Provide telephonic counseling to the leads of all resources & invite them to walk in to the office for counseling

– Explaining and handholding the client for the entire counseling process such as filling the form, explaining the assessment, generation of report, explaining the report)

– Advice / Counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams (to be learned from the Sr Counsellor over time)

– Guide students with applications / form filling and forward student applications to universities

– Close student cases as per the defined timelines

– Assisting the principal counselor in conducting relevant research for providing information to students

– Correspond and liaise with Universities and University officers

– Constantly engage with students (via phone, whatsapp chat & email)

– Providing support to senior counselor in writing informative blogs.

Note: Assistant Counsellor can also counsel the students in the first meet, if the Sr Counsellor finds you ready for it

Administrative Support

– Manage client appointments, Maintaining files and client documents.

– Manage lead allocation to other counselors and delivery experts.

-Managing and moderating webinars/online events (Managing online logistics like sending reminders, managing registrations, sending mailers and moderating the session).

– Coordinating with Digital Marketing specialist to ensure all deliverables are met and proper content is posted.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
