The candidate should have 2-3 years of work experience as Education Counsellor or related role.

• It involves Advising & Counseling the students through calls/ e-mails.
• Making outbound calls to prospective students and explain them about admission procedures, courses offered and career opportunities.

· Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.

· Closely working with the team for meeting monthly revenue targets.

Key Skills:

• Candidate should have a pleasing personality with effective convincing and selling skills.
• Excellent Communication skills in English. Effective interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with the students.

· Should have basic knowledge on IT Courses.

• Responsible and motivated to give the best of his/her abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to time-lines.
