Windsor Forest Colleges Group are looking for Learning and Support Assistant to join the team in the Foundation department at BCA College on a term time only part time/full time basis for 37 weeks a year.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to offer in-class and, in some instances, out of class support to learners with a range of learning needs. Working alongside specialist tutors and vocational lecturing staff, you will provide an outstanding learning experience for our students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

What We’re Looking For

You will have knowledge and awareness of a variety of approaches to supporting learners. Experience of similar work with post-16 learners and/or supporting students with GCSE Maths & English would be useful. You will have a can-do attitude, a positive outlook, be flexible in your approach to working with different students and staff, be willing to give new challenges a go and seek personal development.

FTE Salary: £22,248 to £24,728, Full Time Term Time 37 weeks salary £18,236.00 – £20,268.77
