We are looking for Pre- Sales Counsellors for our organization functioning on Beauty and Wellness wherein we deal into Skin, Hair and Various Weight loss Treatments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Pre-Sales counsellors need to be able to create and maintain business relationships with potential buyers, and be able to make long-term commitments to whatever they are selling.

-Demonstrates advanced treatment/product knowledge

· Negotiating prices with potential customers and closing sales.

· Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry. Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies

• Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures
• Makes counselling appointments with guest and Generate new leads by speaking with potential callers
• Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sale
• Discovers how to market treatments/ products to new users
• Understands how to make treatments/services appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends
• Uses the Internet to push products to a given target market
• Teaches other sales consultants how to make sales to potential consumers
• In addition, sales counsellors typically work holidays, weekends and evenings

Skills and Education Requirements:

· Bachelors degree is required however anyone with excellent command over English can apply

· Exceptional communication

· Customer relationship skills

· Service and interpersonal skills

· Negotiation, Persuasion, Problem-solving, Client services

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
