Vedantu Hiring For Executive- Teacher Recruitment at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

Working days- Mon – Sat

Work from office- HSR Layout, Bangalore

Timings- 11 am to 8 pm

Contract for 3 months (extension of contract or conversion to FTE on performance)

Key Responsibilities

 Responsible for End to End Teacher recruitment.

 Getting the Job description from the hiring managers and actively source profiles based on

requirements.

 Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter

candidates within schedule.

 Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness

of recruitment process.

 Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports

 Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection

process

 Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are logged and tracked.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

 3+ Years of experience in the Education/Teacher Recruitment field.

 Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

 Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
