We require Professor/Associate /Assistant Professor for a reputed B School at Coimbatore.

Position: 1) Professor 2) Associate professor 3) Assistant Professor

Location: Coimbatore.

Salary: As per Industry standards

Role & responsibilities

• Good academic record with minimum 60 % marks in MBA. .
• Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the relevant disciplines.
• Curriculum development and delivery
• Academic administration
• Teaching, Training and Student Mentoring
• Research and Publication activities
• Academic activity coordination
• Documentation as per the standards of affiliating university and statutory bodies.
• NBA, NAAC processing and related documentation
• Good Communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

For Professor:

First Class in MBA (FullTime) Plus Doctorate in Finance / Human Resource / Marketing / Operations/Statistics specialization.

Minimum 10 years + teaching experience out of which at least 5 years shall be at a post equivalent to Professor / Associate Professor.

CTC : Maximum Gross CTC Up to 15 LPA

For Associate Professors:

First Class in MBA (FullTime) Plus Doctorate in Finance / Human Resource / Marketing /Business Analytics Specialization.

Minimum 8 years teaching experience out of which at least 5 years shall be post Ph.D experience as a Associate Professor.

CTC: Maximum gross CTC up to 11 LPA

For Assistant Professor:

First Class in MBA (FullTime).

Minimum two years Teaching experience as a Assistant Professor.

CTC: Maximum Gross CTC up to 5 LPA

• Teaching Demo and Technical Interview will be held at Coimbatore Campus.
