Training Subject Matter Expert (Doctors Only) Hiring for Job at Hyderabad, Mumbai (All Areas) Full Time

Responsibilities:

The role involves delivery of training to the new joinees/employees on the respective processes and helping them meet productivity and quality thresholds while being monitored by a training delivery lead.

Training delivery includes training on process knowledge, process skills, process tools and the required technology.

The role will also create, maintain and publish reports of batches to which training is delivered.

This role is responsible for the batch throughput and the batch FTPR including productivity.

He/She is the first point of contact for a new joinee in the organization, completing all the compliance modules and onboarding formalities which includes system configuration, tool training (G suite, orbit).

Batch IT & hygiene issue addressal and closure

Qualifications:

Any medical degree

MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS, BPT and Nursing is a must

Skills and Experience:

An experience of training, coaching and mentoring employees would be preferred.

An adequate medical knowledge is a must

In intermediate level of competency in language is a must

Train the trainer certification would be preferred

Facilitation skills would be preferred
