Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admission Counselor / Intake Counselor to join our team at The Baby Claridges Preschool & Daycare. The primary responsibility of this role is to guide prospective parents through the admission process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Parent Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents interested in enrolling their child at The Baby Claridges.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person visits promptly and professionally.
• Provide detailed information about our programs, curriculum, fees, and admission requirements.

Tours and Orientation:

• Conduct guided tours of our facility, highlighting the features and benefits of our preschool and daycare services.
• Organize orientation sessions for new parents to acquaint them with our policies, procedures, and staff.

Application Processing:

• Assist parents in completing enrollment forms and ensure all necessary documents are submitted accurately.
• Maintain organized records of all applicant data and communication.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Coordinate with relevant staff to schedule assessments, interviews, or evaluations for prospective students.
• Ensure that applicants meet age and admission criteria for their desired program.

Financial Guidance:

• Explain fee structures, payment schedules, and available scholarships or financial aid options.
• Assist parents in understanding the financial aspects of enrollment.

Follow-Up:

• Maintain regular communication with prospective parents to answer questions and address concerns.
• Ensure that all necessary steps are completed for a smooth enrollment process.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the administrative team, teachers, and support staff to coordinate admissions activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach efforts to promote the preschool and daycare.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with parents and children.
• Knowledge of early childhood education and childcare regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Empathy and patience in dealing with parents and children.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
