Teacher Training Facilitator & Content Developer Hiring for Job at Bangalore Full Time

Conduct regular training for teachers Conceptualize and create teacher training materials based on need Recording of videos for Asynchronous trainings Coordination with the design team on finalization of the training content Coordination with marketing and customer success teams Check completion of tasks by teachers and provide feedback to them on their work Collect and maintain the record of feedback on each sessions Develop and assess training needs based on feedback from teachers Be the Point of contact for teachers to resolve their queries Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree Strong communication skills written oral 5 years prior experience of which at least 3 years in content development and training of teachers Knowledge of both online and offline training strategies Proficiency in all MS Office programs Proficiency in Google Docs and Google sheets Experience of working in the L D department of EdTechs teacher training organizations will be an added advantage The individual we re looking forward to meet Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets Is passionate about teaching and teacher empowerment Loves interacting with new people and establish communication channels Committed to work on long term Ability to work independently in a competitive environment Quick learner and open to learning new things Self-motivated
