Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor at our Aviation Institute located in Hyderabad. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling and career counseling services, as well as educational consulting. Clear communication with students, staff, and faculty is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Educational Consulting and Student Counseling skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Career Counseling and Education skills
• Ability to develop constructive relationships with students, staff, faculty
• Adept problem-solver who understands how to resolve student-related issues
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience with aviation industry and counseling experience preferred
