Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Partnerships to lead our efforts in forging meaningful collaborations with Paly school schools , Corporate or Telecom . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development, a proven track record of successful negotiations, and a keen understanding of the education and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education and corporate sectors.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close partnership deals that drive business growth and create value for all parties involved.
• Innovative Solutions: Identify and pursue innovative partnership opportunities that enhance our position in the market.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partnerships into the company’s operations.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts are done smoothly and effectively.
• Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue .
• Set targets, monitor, review, and initiate action plans to achieve target KPIs.
• Develop sales strategies to acquire new clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development or a related field.
• Proven success in negotiating and closing high-impact partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the education and corporate sectors.
