- Implement and oversee guidance program that provides students with a safe and non-judgmental way to voice their concerns or worries
- Assist administrators and educators with planning and carrying out programs and events
- Give proper guidance and awareness to students and convert it to it admission
- Work collaboratively with all other supportive staff
- Take an initiative to achieve target
