As a Tour Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our educational tours, making the experience enjoyable, educational, and safe for all participants.

Responsibilities:

• Tour Management: Lead and oversee educational tours to various destinations in North India, ensuring all logistical aspects are well-organized and executed smoothly.
• Group Supervision: Provide effective supervision, guidance, and support to groups of children during the entire tour, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Educational Experience: Facilitate engaging and educational experiences during the tours, providing insights into historical, cultural, and natural aspects of the visited locations.
• Destination Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of tour destinations, including historical significance, local attractions, points of interest, and safety considerations.
• Logistical Coordination: Coordinate transportation, accommodations, meals, and activities for the entire group, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Emergency Management: Be prepared to handle unexpected situations and emergencies, following established protocols to ensure the safety of all participants.
• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with the tour participants, their parents or guardians, and the company headquarters throughout the tour.
• Problem Solving: Effectively address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the tour, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

• Tour Management Experience: Proven experience in managing educational tours, particularly with children, showcasing a successful track record of well-executed tours.
• Destination Expertise: Strong knowledge of North Indian tourist destinations, including historical, cultural, and educational aspects.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local languages of the tour destinations.
