Job Purpose
To Lead the Patient Support Program for Cardiology Cluster which provides supports to Doctors and Patients through patient counselling and execution of all operational activities related to this program.
Key Accountabilities (1/6)
Operations management of the PSP
Manage the entire PSP program from deliverables to execution of PSP
Program development and innovation
Innovate and design campaigns and deliverables for the program to drive improved patient enrolments

Improve reach out
Proactively work on scale up of the program and plan increased outreach through different channels

Operations management of the PSP
Ensure smooth daily operations of the execution team

Coordinate with third party agency for end-to-end deliverables and execution of the program
