Job Description: Tender Executive

• Follow up Tender Registration Payments.
• Prepare documents for E-tendering, Studying tender documents, qualification criteria, scope of work, Floating RFQ to various vendors/contractors, collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements, meeting deadlines for the tenders received from public sector undertaking Govt. and other organizations.
• Prepare Bills of All Departments Follow ups from client regarding order. Convert inquiries into order.
• Reviewed and analysed bid proposals. Tender document upload the Portal and submitted the documents through offline mode. Handling and on-time submission of Online / Offline Tenders of various GEM portal.
• institutes like Defence, Railways, Govt. Hospitals, State Govt. etc. Keeping Track and monitoring the various online tender portals. Coordinate with various stakeholders like institutes, distributors, liaisons, production, regulatory, accounts, distribution etc. for day to day operations. Compliance and compilation of all the documents required for submission of tenders. Monitoring the payment collections To handle grievance of customer/field force
