Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students enrolled in tutoring programs.

2. Develop personalized lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each student.

3. Assist students in understanding difficult concepts, completing assignments, and preparing for assessments.

4. Review and provide feedback on students’ work, including essays, projects, and exam papers.

5. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and other stakeholders to track progress and address any concerns.

8. Provide guidance and advice to students on study skills, time management, and effective learning strategies.

9. Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share best practices and resources.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Physics as a core subject or strong proficiency in Physics). Post Graduates ++ will get more weightage

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.

3. Prior experience in teaching or tutoring students is very important. Requirement can be waived off for freshers with a very strong academic background and excellent communication skills.

4. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically.

5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan and deliver effective tutoring sessions.

6. Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the changing needs of students and the curriculum.

7. Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
