Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Presentation feedback and coaching skills.
- Liaison between quality and operations from training and development perspective
- Should possess high aptitude for providing quality Customer Experience .
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of call monitoring, TNI and implementation
- Work with new hires to improve their communication skill level
- Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI, Calibration sessions
- Prepare & implement a plan to drive CSAT metrics by launching contests/refreshers
- Monitor calls and agent performance
- Conduct assessments
- Training need analysis, action plan & report improvements
Requirement:
- Any Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication Skills.
