The ideal candidate will have experience in educational counselling. They should be confident with conversion of leads into admissions. They should have evidence of strong communication skills and possess good convincing skills.
Responsibilities
- Share information about industrial training programs with engineers
- Counseling to the engineers and guide them with the right career options
- Responsible for the conversion of leads into admissions.
- Responsible for converting Telephonic Enquiries into admissions
- Follow up with students and solving their queries
- Follow-ups leads & update excel sheet on daily basis
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years Experience in counseling (Education)
- Experience in candidate’s counselling for professional trainings
- Strong convincing and coordination skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- knowledge of Ms-office
