Slate Education Foundation Hiring For Jr. Student Recruiter (South Asia) – Representing Wright State University at India Full Time

Responsibilities:

– Build pipeline for student recruitment through in-person/virtual outreach and agent network

– Serve as a point of contact for all prospective students via email, telephone, social media to assist and follow-up with applicants on admission, immigration and pre-departure information

– Manage existing agents; identify new agents in major tier 1 & 2 cities

– Meet student recruitment goal assigned for the region

– Maintain relationship with EducationUSA, U.S. Commercial Services and U.S. Consular Services at the U.S. Embassy/Consulates at regular intervals to share updates about the university

– Participate in education fairs, workshops at high schools/colleges/universities, networking events, conferences/forums and other relevant public forums

– Hold regular information sessions with agents and educational institutions about the university

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree

– Effective communication skills

– Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

– Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

– Ability to work as an independent contributor with minimal guidance and supervision

– Ideal candidate must live in India and be willing to travel domestic/internationally (25-50%)

– Prior work experience (3 years) in student recruitment for a foreign university is preferred
