The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, workshops, seminars, and conferences for Sky World School. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of events, and speaker sessions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple works simultaneously.Responsibilities* Plan and coordinate events including workshops, speaker talks, seminars, and conferences* Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and Teachers to ensure a successful event.* Manage event and ensure a seamless experience for attendees* Develop event timelines and manage event budgets* Conduct research on industry trends and best practices for events* Monitor and report on event metrics to improve future events* Assist in marketing and promoting events online and offline.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Marketing, Communications, or a related field* Should be from the school background with 2 years of experience in school event planning and coordination* Strong understanding of event platforms* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal* Ability to manage multiple works simultaneously and prioritize effectively* Detail-oriented and highly organized* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event planning and coordination* Knowledge of Excel, and Google Sheets to prepare events.Day shiftJob Type: Full-timeExperience* 2 years in event planning and coordination*Should be from the school background of event planningIf you want more information related to events that we conduct, please head to facebook or Instagram page of Sky World School.
