Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for LAP business from Bank Branches
Accountable for recruitment of Counsellors, DMA and Connectors. Ensure their and productivity and quality of Business
Accountable for the Quality and Quantity of the Business
Responsible for retention of old customers and generating new business from them
Regular monitoring of Part disbursement in builder and self-construction cases for Part disbursement, EMI under construction and completion of PDD
Maintaining relationships with Branch Team, RHRs, PBs and VBs
Experience of handling Branch business (Sourcing from ICICI Bank branches)
Focus on Builder Project and creation of APF.
Helping Bank CASA team for opening new account and maintaining FLOAT
