Your Team and Role

Curriculum and Content department is budding, with a strong vision to provide holistic, SEL-driven, and subject-specific learning from Grades 1 – 10. Our learning frameworks and content are aligned with the NCERT learning outcomes, thus enabling schools and teachers across India to use our curriculum and technology with ease.

The Leads are SMEs. You are an expert in one of these subjects – English, Mathematics, Science, Social, Hindi and Telugu.

As a Lead/ Sr. Lead, you will co-create in one or more subjects, including but not limited to, curriculum and content frameworks such as lesson plans, quality mechanisms, videos, and research for the most effective and relevant teaching-learning practices.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Here is an indicative list of your responsibilities. As a growing team, we could together see a need to include other aligned and allied activities, as per organizational and business needs.

• Create curriculum and content frameworks, checklists, quality review parameters for lesson plans, assessments, learning media such as videos.
• Create curricular materials for NCERT (currently) learning outcomes such as lesson plans, assessments, learning videos, etc.
• Create aligned capacity building materials for teachers, school-leadership, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with field teams such as sales, operations, technology, etc. to collect feedback and enhance curricular frameworks and materials.
• Ensure quality standards of self and team’s curricular materials, to meet organizational, stipulated national and curriculum standards as per the scope of work.

To deliver and excel in this role, you will have

• Experience in at-least one subject in primary or secondary curriculum, in teaching and/or designing and delivering curriculum and content frameworks.
• Knowledge of pedagogy and learning systems such as NCERT, CBSE, NEP 2020, subject-specific details such as language acquisition, inquiry-based learning, CPA approach, language and literature, etc.
• At least an undergraduate degree, preferably in Education, Instructional Design, or allied subject-specific areas.
• Experience and comfort with using Google Docs, MS Word, Excel, Slides, etc.
• Experience of leading and managing teams, to meet expectations in deliverables and deadlines.

Please note: You would be required to bring your laptop updated with the latest MS Office suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
