1) Plan & Execute end to end of Induction Training for all category of employees
2) Rollout skill & competency assessment process for clinical & non clinical departments.
3) Responsible for training need identification and skill enhancement of employees by conducting various technical and non technical training to enhance performance of employees.
4) Design various training materials, training calendar & ensure training effectiveness.
5) Support during mandatory audits.
6) Able to do employee wellness & employee engagement activities
7) Collaborate with Corporate on the MIS & special initiatives
