Position: Content Development Manager (Subject Matter Expert )

Reports to

Academic Head

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible to create educational content for the subject including but not limited to Storyboard, scripting, recording, voice over, create assessment & activities. .

• Research, Source & Develop specific subject matter content / academic material for subjects & responsible for constant up-gradation as per changes

• Plan, Prioritize & Organize all the activities for the subject/s & develop tasks/goals.

• Prepare subject wise lesson plan & storyboard within TAT for effective learning experience.

• Help in preparation of instruction plan (time table) to ensure completion of schedule as per the timelines & within budgeted costs

• Working closely with the content team (production) to provide timely material for developing presentation and ensure the seamless delivery of the same.

• Co-ordinate with recording and content team to schedule lesson recording for the subject/s.

• Record the content as per guideline and TAT. Work with editing team to get the desire result on each recording.

• Prepare Assessments / activities for subject/s assign

• Attend all training program and workshop organised to improve knowledge and performance.

Position Requirements:

• Post Graduate .

• Should have 1-3 years of teaching experience for CBSE / ICSE board / experience creating content for Edtech

• Should be camera friendly.

• Knowledge of instructional desiging based content planning will be added advantage.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to details.

• Team player; ability to work well with a diverse set of people and drive consensus
