Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
– Provide training to on-roll and Off-roll employees
– Maintain sufficient test cleared ration of IRDA exam
– Periodic review of performance of employee
– Time to time Conduct training of currently working candidates
– Make sure all trainee complete their training properly and act accordingly
Desired Candidate Profile
– Need candidate with 3 to 4 years of experience as trainer in any BFSI, NBFC, or financial institute
– Candidate must have proven track record
– Candidate from insurance industry with team leading experience is preferred
– Good communication skills is mandatory
– Candidate with IRDA trainer certificate
