  • Participation in weekly meeting with quality team for planning & implementation of TC & DLFI
  • Requesting global work order no. from finance to create COR in FACT database
  • TC &DLFI Uploading in FACT DATABASE as per list shared by Quality
  • TC &DLFI Material monitoring – Reporting
  • Generating report for passive units to generate letter 4 &5 for applicable TC / DLFI
  • Letter 4 &5 for passive units — updating it in FACT & Monitoring
  • TC & DLFI Report downloading & publishing weekly to branches
  • Technical data Base updating — TDB for new EI addition units
  • GEO location co-ordinate download form quality dept link and publishing to branch wise
  • SIM card preparation for EI & NI units as per OBR
  • Monitoring (old) sim card (returned) details in Excel
  • In case of any changes needs to be done if FACT database such as change of name of CE/ST/TL or EI GL
  • Preparation all India HK request in Excel as per standard format
  • Generation of Monthly HK PO as per branch request in SAP
  • Follow up & release HK PO in SAP
  • Punching GRN against HK bills submitted by branches (Daily base)
  • Check Repair bills and punch GRN (for PAN INDIA) against bills
  • Resolved GRN & PO related issue or query raised by BSC (Finance) in reads soft
  • Monthly HK (Housekeeping) Visit report generation
  • Supporting FM addition team for creating PPM/FM addition and Loss declaration in system for month end
