SB Global Educational Resources Pvt Ltd Hiring For Student Mobilizer cum Counsellor at Faridabad, Haryana Full Time

• The occupant would be heading the end-to-end mobilization activity and counselling along with the following responsibilities:
• Promotion: Mobilizer need to engage in outreach efforts to create awareness about the courses.
• Relationship Building: Mobilizer should builds and maintains relationships with schools, colleges, community organizations like Village Panchayats and other relevant stakeholders to generate and manage student’s database.
• Mobilizer need to be involved in networking, attending meetings, and collaborating with partners to develop strategies for student recruitment and engagement.
• Student Support: Mobilizer provide support and guidance to enrolled students, assisting with registration, orientation, and addressing any concerns or challenges students may face during training.
• Centre Support: Mobilizer support the Reporting Manager during counselling sessions and coordinate during the orientation of the training batch.
• Mobilizer needs to educate the students to ensure that they remain compliant with regulations as they relate to course of study.
• Reporting: Mobilizers evaluate the impact and effectiveness of their mobilization efforts and provide regular reports or feedback to the Reporting Manager.
• Tracking: Mobilizer need to support on placement tracking.
• Overall, the primary responsibility of a mobilizer is to actively engage with prospective students, promote the Academy offerings, and support the enrollment process.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience total work: 2 years of experience in the relevant field (Preferred).
• Technical: Proficiency in basic M.S Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional: Effective communication and persuasive skills both written and verbal in English and Regional Language.
• Team Work: Problem solver, proactive and team-spirited with the ability to fulfil multiple demands in a timely manner.
