In the Sales Development Manager role, you will be-

>Has to manage the Bank / Bank Branch to sell life insurance products through team of branch employees, for that he has to train the branch employees and motivate them to sell life insurance, and apart from this he also has to go in field with relationship managers and branch managers to hit the numbers/targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

> Lead-based, Generate Leads from our Banking Partner.
> Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker).
> Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy.
> Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell life insurance products.
> Providing pre and post-sales support (e.g. claim settlement).
> Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium).
> Enabling the channel sales team to use the latest digital platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile:/ Job Criteria:

1) Minimum Experience should be 1 years in any Sales in- Any BFSI Sales/ Insurance/ Banking/ Finance/ Pharma etc. 
2) Candidate has to be Local for the city he is applying for.
3) Minimum Age has to be 21 Years to 38 Years.
5) Should have knowledge of the local area and local market.
6) Should have a solid local network or people.
7) Good in Local communication skills and good command over local regional language.
8) In Education has to be minimum of graduation.
