Role & responsibilities

The Music Expert will be responsible for teaching instrumental & vocal music skills to children from the age of 3 years to 12 years. She/he shall be energetic, passionate, hard-working and dedicated towards the organization and its vision and mission. Following are the responsibilities of the Music Expert:

• Conduct music lessons for children from 3-12 years of age.
• Teach variety of musical instruments & vocal skills to children from beginner to advanced level.
• Plan and prepare lessons to cater to individual childs needs.
• Improve and mentor the music talent in the children.
• Organize music shows and recitals.
• Plan daily and monthly class schedule.
• Assess childrens abilities, providing feedback and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with diploma or degree, preferably in music from a recognized institute.
• Good knowledge of and ability to play various instruments.
• Excellent vocal as well as instrumental knowledge.
• At least 4 years of experience in teaching music.
• Experience in various forms of music.
• Female or male, aged 28-40 years.
• Excellent communication skills and patience.
• Able to compose tunes & experience in organizing stage recitals.
• Pleasing personality with professional attitude and genuine love for children.
• Dedicated, hard-working and proactive.
