We are hiring Telecallers.

Location – Kochi

Experience – 0.6 – 3 yr Edtech sales ( Fresher’s can also apply )

Role – B2C Sales

Qualification – Graduate / Diploma

* Communication skills must be excellent.

* Candidates must be preferred from the Edtech Industry.

* Candidate should have an idea about competative exams (PSC, SSC, Railway Exams etc… )

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Energetically generating and driving enrolments.

2. Revenue generation through quality calls being made on the leads on a daily basis.

3. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, meetings,
email, chat and social media etc.

4. Counselling and Lead Channel Management by counselling for the courses provided,
leading to conversions.

5. Advising students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and
costs involved.

6. Responsible for end-to-end sales closure.
