Job Responsibilities :

• Working with the Academy leadership team, develop the Academy Faculty strategy
• Define and deliver Academy Faculty processes
• Define the communication strategy; develop and maintain a faculty communications and stakeholder plan and supporting materials
• Agree process of working with Academy partners and manage any potential areas of conflict
• Work closely with suppliers and Academy colleagues to design high quality and pragmatic learning interventions leveraging the best of the existing learning portfolio and faculty capability
• Lead the recruitment and on-boarding of new Faculty members
• Develop and manage the Faculty to support the delivery of the Academy Curriculum, customised work and coaching
• Responsible for quality management of Academy Faculty through evaluation, observation and feedback working in conjunction with programme leads.
• Leverage existing technology to enhance the development of internal and external Faculty
• Determine the right size for the Academy Faculty based on the current and future demand plans
• Respond to business requests, review requests against agreed criteria and assign Faculty against this work where appropriate
• Manage the associated workload in design execution, administration and contracting with Learning Operations as appropriate and recording of attendees
• Utilise defined measurement metrics and processes to evaluate effectiveness of faculty and individuals by programme
• Monitor and control the delivery of the target Faculty budget to agreed timelines and maintain a monthly consolidated view of spend (budget vs. actual) and ensure all accruals are submitted, checked and authorised
• Actively seek external benchmarks to review delivery channels and Faculty strategy and management

Education Requirement :

Minimum Post Graduate

Experience Requirement :

– 6 to 8 years# experience in a related field

• Strong understanding of business and Academy specific function

• Functional learning and development and management experience within a complex environment.
• Demonstrable understanding of learning and development techniques and methodologies as well as experience in delivering courseware across a number of differing channels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders at a group level
• Strong consultative skills supported by extensive practical knowledge of leadership development and design
• Ability to effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to influence at all levels alongside courage and skill to constructively challenge
• Innovative thinking and ability to drive forward new concepts, ideas and approaches
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across HR and the business to drive highly customer focused outcomes
