About the Role:We’re looking for a Coordinator to join our Educational Outreach team based in Mumbai. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting day-to-day tasks within the team, market research, proposal management and other tasks for business development of Redwood. You’ll be working closely with the regional teams to ensure that all proposals are created and submitted in a timely manner, and that all communication with partner schools is handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients
Support the Outreach team in developing proposals and presentations for clients
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure that all proposals are submitted on time and accurately
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of clients and prospects (CRM knowledge is a plus)Monitor and report on sales activities and progress against targets
Provide administrative support to the Outreach team as needed
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel or education industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
