Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant located in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries for clients while providing exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for researching, planning, and booking domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a travel consultant or related position
• Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, including popular attractions, accommodations, and local customs
• Proficient in travel booking systems and software, including Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre, or others
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and empathy
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Fluent proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences
