Description: We – MOTIVE MENTORS are exploring a supremely passionate Course Advisor to join our Professional Training & Consulting services company. As a Course Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and consultation to prospective and current students regarding our training programs, helping them identify and select courses that align with their career goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with prospective and current students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to assess their goals and needs.

2. Recommend relevant courses and training programs to students based on their individual goals and ensure that they are aware of all available options.

3. Process course applications and enrolments, providing support and guidance throughout the enrolment process.

4. Facilitate communication between students and instructors, monitoring student progress and providing feedback as needed.

5. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement outreach campaigns and strategies.

6. Maintain and update students records and information to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

7. Attend industry events and trainings to stay informed about the latest trends in Professional Training and Coaching and identifying opportunity areas for the company.

Academic Requisitions:

· Bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Course Advisor or a similar customer-facing role.
