* Counsel Students/parents informing about ZICA Courses, fees structure, career scope.
* Handling Walk-in, telephonic and email inquiries.
* Expected to do Follow-Up Calls and Tele Calls.
* Streamlining data, updating records and maintaining reports.
* Office Administration.
