Working Days: Mon-Sat (8-4 PM & 12-8 PM must be flexible with both shift timing)

Designation: Patient Counsellor

Job Location: Borivali

Role & Responsibilities:

· Front Desk Operations & Admin activities

· Appointment Handling – Scheduling, Coordination, Booking, Cancelations

· Billing & Cash Management

· Education and counselling patients (Making them understand the value of treatment at Qi Spine)

· Complaint Management

· Customer Retention

· Customer Relationship Management

Previous Experience:

· Minimum 1.5 years experience in handling the front office and Cash management

· Qualifications & Skills:

· Any HSC/Graduate

· Must know Microsoft Excel

· Must have good communication skills

· Must be presentable

· Must be able to work under stress

· Software Efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
