The Job includes the following responsibilities:

• Keeping the Middle school and High School library functional and effective.

• Ensuring that books are up-to-date, relevant, and age appropriate.

• Keep the library -space inviting and engaging.

Basic Requirement:

• Technical skills/computer skills for Database and other Admin work.

• Love for books and reading.

• Ability to work with children and engage them in the library.

Key focus areas-

Library-related:

• Issue books to children and teachers

o Follow the structure that is already put in place.

o Give ID codes to the books purchased for the library. Use specific colour codes as well.

• Maintain the library space and ensure it is kept neat and clean and welcoming.

• Ensure children and teachers maintain silence in the library space.

o Follow the structure that is already put in place.

o As we migrate towards an online library software, work closely with the admin team and do as required.

Other Expectations:

• To do admin related school tasks as may be required from time to time.

• To be committed to one’s own personal and professional growth and learning.

• Collaborating with the teachers and other members of the school.

• to participate in other programmes of the school

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹340,000.00 per year
