Key expectations for counsellors job role

· Responsible for admission process of students
· Follow up on leads generated through various sources
· Explain admission procedures and courses offered by the college/university to the prospective students
· Excellent listening skills + Excellent communications skills
· Empathy and understanding
· A non-judgemental attitude
· Patience and a calm manner
· Ability to relate to and adapt communication style to suit a wide range of people

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

• Day shift

• Aluva, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)
