Job description for Education counsellor

• Handling Telephonic Enquiry/ Online Enquiry

• Counselling to Online Enquiry & Converting Into Admissions
• Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output

• Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes

• Handling Revenue Collection From Students

• Trainer & Students Grievances handling

• Handling administrative work

• Proper Reporting & MIS

• Quality Check & Feedback from Students
