Preparing new material per the training sessions Classroom refreshers for existing
recruiters Training the New Hires for Recruiting process
Assist the Recruiters (New and Existing with Mock Calls)
Give feedback to the existing Recruiters on Live Calls
Completed preparing the Recruiters Manual for New Hires

Managerial Development Training for Leads to Sr. Managers
Organizational Development for Leads to Sr. Managers TTT for In-House Trainers
Grooming the Executives
Managing L&D Calendar and resource planning Revamping NHT and keeping an eye on
the process (per the need)
Maintaining L&D reports Conducting LO’s for TTT certifications
Conducting Interviews to hire Trainers

Effective communication to bridge the gap and all the below mentioned
