Role & responsibilities

Deliver trainings Virtual & Classroom (Induction, New Hire Training, Refresher Training) • Ensure development of training content & materials like call centre scripts, FAQs & PPT on any new product offering and process change

Ensure smooth execution of trainings & workshops as per training calendar and within stipulated timelines

Monitor and track training efficacy and work on improve the learning curve

Conduct regular interactions with respective stake holders for identification and execution of solutions to address training needs

Active participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure appropriate findings are shared with the IT team

Arrange R&R, employee engagement and team building activities for the Relationship officer staff .

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Must have knowledge of loan against property or loan process.
