Roles and Responsibilities
- Effective communication skills, time management skills, ability to work flexible hrs (Women-Day shift only)
- Deliver the training content to the advisors and enable them to achieve their targets with an exceptional customer service
- Should achieve training throughput, continuous knowledge score, certification scores of every batch & Login hrs for self
- Ensures own product and process knowledge is current
- Uses initiative to find suitable solutions that benefit the advisors and the customers
- Ensures all oral and written communication, including email, consistently demonstrates a professional and friendly tone, maintaining faultless grammar
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have 6 months to 1yr of experience of international trainer experience
Excellent communication skills in Hindi along with English and regional language
