Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening candidates’ resumes and job applications
2. Scheduling interviews and following up with candidates
3. Sourcing profiles using various channels i.e. job portals, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.
4. Connecting with different colleges for campus recruitment
5. Mapping prospective candidates and inactive candidates to create a database for skills specific to the job description
6. Working on MIS reporting, maintaining the database of calling details, sourcing details, and joining details
