Full Job Description
1. Make outbound calls to leads within agreed time frames.
2. Handling the Phone calls, answering queries of all the students, updating the database
3. Counsel the students and inform them about our Courses.
4. Follow up on Qualified leads to convert into Prospects, and take payment.
5. Manage and maintain database via CRM system.
