1. Conduct engaging offline classes using smart boards and teaching aids.
2. Ensure concept clarity with real-life examples and interactive teaching.
3. Prepare and follow weekly/monthly lesson plans aligned with the batch schedule.
4. Complete syllabus on time with planned revisions.
5. Design and evaluate DPPs, weekly tests, and mock tests.
6. Discuss test solutions and help students with error analysis.
7. Identify weak students and take extra doubt sessions when needed.
8. Track student attendance, test performance, and participation.
9. Contribute to the creation/updating of notes, cheat sheets, and assignments.
10. Conduct regular YouTube Live sessions on subject-related topics.
11. Plan and shoot YouTube videos (shorts, reels, full lectures) as required.
12. Coordinate with the video/content team for shoot schedules and edits.
13. Collaborate with operations and app team for class updates and resource uploads.
14. Attend faculty meetings and academic review sessions.
15. Maintain class discipline, daily logs, and report academic progress.
