Medical Interpreter(Japanese) and coordinator at Ahmedabad

Key Requirements

Experience: 1 years –

Qualification: N1 or N2

Based out of Ahmedabad.

Bright, honest, and motivated.

Not currently in school.

Able to respond to calls from patients on holidays and after hours (on duty).

Able to work as long as possible.

Someone who can work independently.

Someone who can speak Japanese fluently.

For male: Must be able to shave.

Job Responsibilities:

Mainly works with Japanese patients (escorting and interpreting) at hospitals (approx. 60%).

Interpreting between Japanese patients and hospital staff.

Handling emails and phone calls from Japanese

In addition to the above, document/excel work, customer e-mail/telephone support, sales, contract work with new hospitals, etc. (approx. 40%)

Checking and co-ordination of insurance documents(MS Word / Excel)

Building relationships with hospitals in various regions.

Responding to enquiries on insurance details.

Interpretation in Japanese and English.

Internal communication in Japanese.

Start date: urgent

Working hour: 8:30-17:30(1 hour break)

Working day:

*Training period 3 months : 6 days Mon-Sat

*After the training period : 6 days Mon-Sat or 5 days *6 days off a month
