Position Description

Conga is looking for a passionate trainer who enjoys imparting knowledge to groups of global participants.

The role will be part of Professional Services unit, where key training audience includes internal team members spread across the globe. The role also involves supporting Education Services unit by handling external facing trainings as needed.

Fluent, confident communication skills are essential to succeed in this role. Awareness of cross-continental cultural sensitivities would be a plus.

Salesforce platform exposure is must. CLM, CPQ exposure would be a big plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver in-house trainings on Conga’s product offerings
• Prepare and deliver external client-facing trainings on Conga’s product offerings
• Prepare and deliver in-house trainings on Salesforce platform
• Lead/facilitate knowledge sharing sessions
• Completely own knowledge sharing portal maintenance
• Regularly review content posted by various colleagues
• Periodically update the organization about latest and most referred contributions
• Handling access related administrative tasks for the portal
• Completely own learning portal maintenance
• Adding new content as needed
• Retiring obsolete content
• Handling access related administrative tasks for the portal
• Support leadership team with learning status reports

Skills & Competencies

• 4+ years’ experience working as a corporate trainer
• 4+ years’ experience in Salesforce platform
• Excellent communication and soft skills to handle global training audience
• Ability to operate in a flexible team environment with minimal supervision
• Any bachelor’s degree
• CLM and CPQ domain exposure is desirable
• Experience working on Mindtickle platform is desirable
